There are too many layers of indirection here and not enough glue in the form of visibility to hold it together for a lay user or even a programmer who just needs it to work without fiddling. Break something in one layer, get timeouts, etc. Then there no longer seems to be any support access, and the documentation is scattered at best - largely because there are too many backend APIs to provide sufficient detail, and the toolset is non-programmer friendly, so nobody wants to go figuring out the API.

One thought on some of this - it would be great if you could remove the dang thing once you have it installed and get a fresh start, but one thing about the cloudy stuff, it' has a lot of tentacles. Like trying to eradicate a virus. Interesting idea, but it isn't there yet. A tragedy as the product was truly awesome and immensely capable.

We really, really wanted this to work. The excuse that Google doesnt allow them to specify that is BS But it doesnt. The Excel plug-in has problems installing Someone, somewhere got this to work, but we sure can't. We also couldnt get the Google Docs version to work either.
